We make classic and Detroit style pizza using superior ingredients with a Northern California mindset.
Our dough is made from organic California wheat and fermented for 2 days to create a light and crispy crust that is easier to digest. We source California tomatoes, local Buffalo Mozzarella, local pastured meats and local produce for our toppings, salads and side dishes. We offer both buffalo milk and vegan softserve ice cream sourced from local artisans.
