First Light Web Design

First Light Web Design, located in Santa Rosa, California, is owned and operated by, well, me: Shane Lee. Barnes. I have several years experience in the fields of information technology and design and am excited to have taken a bold step into the world of freelance web development and begun working for you, as it were.

With an art school education and ten plus years experience in information technology, I bring a unique blend of creativity, inspiration and technological savvy to the table that has prepared me well for a career in freelance web design. As such, I’ve been fortunate enough to see several projects come my way in short order and look forward to many more in the days to come.

When I’m not hard at work designing new sites for my clients, I can be found cycling the many beautiful back roads of Sonoma County in preparation for my annual assault of The Terrible Two, drafting and posting new entries to my personal blog and enjoying a rousing game or three of Scrabble over a fresh cup of coffee at a local cafe with friends.
