Tom Allen is a skillful yoga coach who finds the right balance between challenge and comfort. His wife Laurie specializes in Nia dance movement, making fitness training fun. Finally, Tom, a topnotch athlete in his earlier years, is the best masseur around: strong, gentle, fully knowledgeable about the body and its connections to non-physical forces, he has over twenty years' experience using a broad palette of techniques.
Based on my more than four years of enjoying their services, Groove Studios has earned my highest recommendation.
