As a nutrition consultant, my focus is on providing my clients with the tools for translating my nutrition recommendations into delicious food. I am a big promoter of our local food scene and offer farmers market tours as a way of connecting people with the bounty of locally available produce, cheese, fish, and meats.
My private practice is holistically oriented. I combine nutrition consultation with instruction in healthy exercise and stress management practices. I also maintain a physical therapy practice.
