The Mathias Brothers Backgrounds:
We grew up in Sonoma County on an Organic Farm where we learned the importance of hard work. As we grew older, we become very involved in the community where we played and coached sports at Analy and El Molino, volunteered for local events and spent a combined 11 years volunteering at the Graton Fire Department. We both earned our Bachelor’s Degree while working full time to put ourselves through school. Chaz has spent over 10 years managing solar projects in Sonoma County and continues to run a business as a solar contractor. Dylan also spent many years in construction and continued to build his skillsets while working at an accounting firm. Early in our careers we both moved to San Diego to work at a fortune 100 technology company, where we quickly exceled and progressed within the organization. After experiencing the corporate life and the world in Southern California, we returned to plant our roots and follow our dreams back in Sonoma County, starting Mathias Brothers Real Estate at Vanguard Properties.
