Mayesh Counseling Services

As a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Santa Rosa, California, I help young and older adults find the motivation to make healthy changes in their lives.  Most often people seek counseling in order to improve their relationships, change negative behaviors or cope with difficult emotions. To address these issues and more, I offer individual therapy for adults and teens as well as counseling for couples, families and groups.
