Ellen has more than 20 years of experience helping business owners recharge their creativity and energy to achieve stronger growth, greater profitability, and more personal satisfaction and freedom.

She has worked with small and mid-sized organizations across a broad range of industries, including financial, business and professional services, wholesale and distribution, construction and manufacturing.

Ellen has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and is certified as a Business Development Coach. Calling on her organizational development and executive coaching skills, as well as her expertise in mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution, Ellen offers her clients a new perspective on the challenges they face and the opportunities they may be missing. She takes a hands-on approach to every aspect of the process, helping her clients cut to the heart of an issue and ultimately achieve the results they seek.
