Schools Plus is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization providing funds for sports, music and art programs in Santa Rosa's public secondary schools. Our board of directors is comprised of local parents and business professionals.

Since our inception in 1990, we have raised and allocated millions of dollars for our local kids. Our funds go directly to the programs we support.

We are thrilled to be members of Go Local! We look forward to working with this great movement as we continue to save and enhance enrichment programs in our local schools.

Starting this year, Schools Plus is selling a product produced locally just for us, DANCING BEAR SALSA. By spring, 2011, Dancing Bear Salsa will be available in most independent markets and other local outlets. Currently, Dancing Bear Salsa is available at G & G Markets, Oliver's Markets and Molseberry's Market. When you buy our salsa, seventy-five percent (75%) of the profit goes to the programs and kids supported by Schools Plus.

In the coming months, we will be working with Go Local to promote Dancing Bear and in this way, create a self sustaining revenue stream that will ultimately benefit our local kids. Going Local with DANCING BEAR SALSA is a win/win for our kids!!
