Sonoma Food Safety provides ANSI approved certification testing to foodservice professionals in order to comply with Federal, State and County regulations. We also provide consulting services and hands on training for owners, managers and staff, to promote change & understanding, thus helping them meet these ever changing regulations.

Owner / Instructor Jeff Feldman has been in the foodservice industry since 1979, he was a Chef Instructor for the U.S. Coast Guard, the Food Safety Instructor for the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and has helped restaurants, catering companies and other operations in San Francisco, Marin & Sonoma Counties over the years. "Sonoma Food Safety" and "Food Safety Education Services" (FSES) have been in operation since 2007 and is here to support our local businesses and community.
