Joel and Carleen Weirauch raise a flock of Animal Welfare Approved dairy sheep on beautiful Sonoma County pasture and use the milk to produce award-winning cheeses, sheep milk soap, wool products and lamb meat.
The Weirauch's have partnered with Work Horse Organic Agriculture and Fibershed to further their shared vision of creating a healthful local food and fiber supply, preserving soil, water and wildlife, supporting family farms and collaborating on projects for positive community change.
