Fresh Cheesemaking Classes with Sheana Davis, chef/cheesemaker at The Epicurean Connection

Class includes a 90 minute demonstration cheesemaking class, an artisan and farmstead cheese tasting along with a take home Cheesmaking Packet for each student~
Classes are held at The Epicurean Connection, 18812 Sonoma Highway, Suite C in the "Oak Tree Picnic Table"
Space is limited to 12 students per class~
Sheana Davis is available to host private or team building cheesemaking classes~
Sheana hosts cheesemaking classes locally and nationally at Relish Culinary Adventures, C´est le Cheese Sacramento, Savvy Gourmet New Orleans, Cheese School of San Francisco, Murray's Cheese New York, trade shows and private engagments.
Classes to be held at 1:00-2:30, pre-registration and payment required to reserve a spot.
