Join Sonoma County's Business Strategy Advisor Mary Luttrell for an engaging workshop on updating your business strategy to adapt to new market conditions and changing times.  Mary will provide practical tools for refreshing your strategic plan, marketing approach, and business operations.  Join us - move into 2011 feeling confident about your business success!

Sometimes unexpected circumstances require a business to make dramatic changes.  When “staying the course” is no longer viable, and “throwing in the towel” is an unacceptable option, the strategy of choice is to reinvent your business.

This workshop will provide an overview of the key issues and methods for “going back to the drawing board” to evaluate your fundamental business model and strategies, as well as introduce you to the many avenues available for business innovation.
