Bob Ruiz is the Chair of the Burbank Gardens Neighborhood Association (BGNA) and editor of the Neighborhood News for the BGNA. Bob has lived in Burbank Gardens for 15 years and is a proud owner of a 1927 and a 1929 home. Bob has been active in the community for many years and teaches high school.
