What is your fondest memory of living in Sonoma County?

I was raised in a remote part of Healdsburg where our family had a private beach on the Russian River. I would spend all day in the water and then sit around the campfire with my parents and younger brother then camp overnight under the stars.

Describe what you experience as the greatest treasure of Sonoma County.

The greatest treasure of Sonoma County would have to be the town of Occidental. I love the restaurants, the forested and secluded feeling you get when you arrive in the downtown area and how close you are to the Sonoma Coast (which has to be the second best treasure of Sonoma County).

What for you defines 'quality of life'?

Quality of life is health. Without health you cannot live your life to the maximum. When you have health you can take risks and reach for your dreams and any life that is not lived with a connection to its purpose is tarnished. You have to do what you were born to do, not do what other people think you should do.

What gets you really excited about your business?

Helping people is the reason I get out of bed in the morning. Service to those who need someone to trust is why I am a chiropractor.

Thinking about your business, what keeps you up at night?

When I have anxiety about my business it is because somewhere I feel I am not doing my best to be of service to my patients. If someone doesn't come here feeling like they got something a real value then I am deeply disturbed.

If you could have one wish come true for Sonoma County, what would it be?

I want to see downtown Santa Rosa become a more inviting place to visit. I want to see more cool restaurants and retail stores, a better community connection and more investment into the soul of Santa Rosa.

What is your favorite quote or motto?

Get after it!

What or who do you most admire in Sonoma County?

I admire my mother, Tricia Coxhead.

What brought you to Sonoma County?

I'm a native of Sonoma County.
