Santa Rosa, CA – Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is now hosting holiday food and toy donation programs in all of its North Bay and San Francisco locations. Branches are collecting new toys and non-perishable food donations from Nov. 25 through December 16 for holiday distribution by local nonprofit agencies. In Sonoma County, gift drives will support the Sonoma County Volunteer Center’s Secret Santa Program, and food donations will support the Redwood Empire Food Bank, except in Sebastopol, where food donations will benefit Food for Thought Food Bank.
“It’s our holiday tradition to offer our branches as convenient food and gift collection sites to support our local nonprofits and make the holidays a little brighter for those in need,” said Brett Martinez, RCU’s President & CEO. “We’re always very thankful to those who give so generously to the less fortunate during the holiday season.”
