Maitake Mushroom Jerky : Every batch of gourmet Maitake Mushroom Jerky is made from fresh & organic Maitakes (Grifola frondosa). We carry four unique flavors, Barbeque, Wine Thyme (no sugar added), Mexican Mole' (no sugar added) and Honey Mustard. Each flavor is marinated in our specialty scratch-made sauces, gently dehydrated to perfection and hand packed with so 'mush' love. A sustainable snack that's perfect for wine and beer pairings, hiking, camping, road trips and cooking.
