Bravas is a traditional Spanish tapas restaurant with Mark and Terri Starks signature twist.
The menu includes Spanish favorites like Patatas Bravas and Pan Tomate and introduces new dishes like Duck Meatball Bocadillos and Crispy Pig Ears with Anchovy Vinaigrette. There is also a selection of local and seasonal ingredients prepared a la plancha.
The tapas bar in the main dining room boasts Sonoma Countys first Ham and Cheese Bar, where skilled Hamboners slice paper-thin slivers of Spains prized Jamón Ibérico to order, along with a selection of cheeses from Spain and the US.
Bar Bravas in the backyard, complete with a full bar, a covered deck and a large patio dining area, is the perfect setting for sipping sangría and Spanish inspired cocktails and grazing through the extensive tapas menu.
Other liquid refreshments include wine on tap and by the glass, half bottle or bottle, sherries, beers from the US and Spain, and a selection of gin and tonics.
