HeartMatters

HeartMatters offers both depth psychotherapy as well as a specialized niche in Cardiac Psychology. Sara works with heart patients at any point in their journey: pre/ post surgery or procedures, and with anxiety and depression that sometimes accompanies heart disease. HeartMath and other techniques are used. Sara has been a therapist for close to 30 years and has a very eclectic and direct approach. She especially enjoys working with older clients dealing with issues around illness and aging.
