We are two locals with in-depth knowledge of current construction costs that we convert into an objective and comprehensive scope of loss report that you can use to negotiate a better settlement with your company or to aid your attorney in establishing solid evidence of loss on your behalf.

We are two business owners who, because of our professional backgrounds, kept being asked to help friends who lost everything.

We just wanted to help the community but pretty soon we realized there were too few companies doing this sort of work in an objective manner. Many who perform scope of loss reports, did so with a bias that wasn't good for the fire survivor.

Our goal is simple: Create a report estimating the cost to rebuild here in Sonoma County that is free of conflicts that gives you a tool helping you negotiate a better settlement.

We charge a low, flat fee, not a percentage of your settlement.

We won't offer to rebuild your home, we don't take a percentage of your claim and therefore we don't have an incentive to inflate the figures in our report.

We have one sole objective: help North Bay Fire Survivors obtain a detailed scope of loss report that will help them obtain the fair and equitable settlement they are entitled to receive.
