These two workshop sessions (5 to 7.30 pm) explore the importance of self-authorization and having a strong base for leading from within.

We explore values, vision, power and the ways to kick self-sabotage to the curb. Most of us have rehearsed well scripts that include lots of negative self-talk, we give a lot of air time to our saboteurs and have refined a number of well choreographed dances with self-doubt, the imposter syndrome and various of our saboteurs.

This workshop draws on neuro-science positive psychology and creativity, being in nature and being with horses (without horse back riding) to heighten your self-awareness and to develop some new skills and tools.
