The menu by Chef Niven Patel delivers a parade of vibrant colors and exotic flavors that challenges what we think we know about Indian food. Ingredients are intentionally sourced from far and near, and always from quality purveyors. Fresh libations by artisanal cocktail guru Scott Beattie elevate and enlighten the experience.
The concept was born out of the Chandi family’s upbringing in the Punjab region of India, as well as our experiences as California restaurateurs. Our foundation is rooted in the Indian concept of ‘mehmaan nawazi', a heightened sense of hospitality and welcoming energy to all who come through our doors.
