Founded in 1974, Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the North Bay Region. Our service territory includes Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Trinity, and Humboldt counties.

We provide a wide range of job training, placement and support programs for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. To support these programs, we rely on government funding and revenue generated in our retail stores from the sale of donated goods.
