Heart and Sole Sports is a specialty running and walking store for locals, by locals! We are a group of local runners who just wanted to give back to our community, and if you step into our store we hope to make that abundantly clear!

Our main aim is to get you into the right footwear for you. With so many different shoes out there that are called running shoes, it becomes difficult to figure it out yourself.

Together we will help you find the best fit for YOU!

**Aladdin just loves Heart & Sole!** : The heart and sole of Heart & Sole, Danny and Aladdin, seen here with of a sign in front of our brand new location! 7+ years at 65 Brookwood Avenue have been great, but now off to 900 4th Street!

**Trail training group** : Veteran runner and specialty shop employee Kenny Brown leads all sorts of training groups. Our winter trail group travels to get dirty both near and far. Of course, we start the group off at our lovely home of Howarth Park!

**Aladdin** : Our store dog, Aladdin. Here he is busy at work looking cute, waiting to be pet. It's a tough life! And if you have a dog, they are always welcome to come play too!

**Santa Rosa Half and Full Marathon** : Members of the Heart and Sole training group celebrating after the Santa Rosa Marathon and Half-Marathon!

**Nate Koch** : In addition to being a local cross country coach, Nate Koch (aka Coach Koch) is the club president for the Empire Runners Club of Sonoma County. Here Coach Koch represents Heart and Sole at the first ever Annadel Half Marathon!

**Heart and Sole DMR** : Former Redwood Empire prep standouts Matt Lanz, Michael Brew, Ryan Aldridge, and Brian Cole celebrating after their victory in the Distance Medley Relay (1,200m, 400m, 800m, 1,600m).

**Downtown Kenny Brown** : Kenny Brown at the January 1st Resolution run. Downtown Kenny Brown has over 15 years experience in running stores, and is one of the fastest and most trusted in Sonoma County!

**Shoes** : A brief snapshot of some of the shoes we carry. Of course colors and styles change constantly, so stop on by to get fit and see what new stuff we have!

**Jerseys** : Our whole point is that we are a store by local runners for locals. So we, of course, have tons of local singlets hanging from our ceiling! Our goal is to have every local middle and high school (we are almost there!) as well as any other singlets from schools where our alumni have run.
