Chef Josh Silvers
Josh Silvers is the Chef Owner of Jackson's Bar & Oven and the new Three Squares Cafe in Santa Rosa. He often describes Jackson's Bar & Oven as "wine country eats".
Jackson's opened in November, 2009 and was named after Josh's son and one of his favorite ways of cooking. This hip new restaurant is centered around a wood fired oven with cool cocktails to match some all American favorites with the unique Silvers' twist.
