One Legacy Coaching is named for the values of interconnectedness, and how our ways of being in relationship with ourselves, with each other, and the environments where we live and work, reflect the collective state of the world. Everything affects everything.

While we do not often see the literal flow of these effects in our daily lives, knowing that it matters can make a significant difference in how we choose to take action our personal lives, honor our relationships and serve others through our organizations and businesses.

Did you know that learning with horses can profoundly impact your communication, leadership capacity, relationships, team dynamic and organizational alignment? Horses live in a state of presence and as such invite us to what is true for us right now.

Experiencing our awareness of self, other, and the environments in which we live and do business through real time learning with horses allows for non agenda driven feedback and honest, responses. Horses interact with us in both a reflective and responsive manner that allows us to better inform our communication styles and decision making processes.

One Legacy honors nature and horses as the heart center of the learning process, and works with clients who are ready for growth and committed to creating positive influences and outcomes for themselves and others. We work with individuals, social entrepreneurs, B Corps and other organizations committed to the greater well being of their organizations, and the diverse local and international communities and clients they serve.
