As the Owner/Chef, I have over 30 years of experience as a professional chef in leading hotel chains. My contribution to help others and pay it forward, has already accumulated to over 500 hours in volunteer time to our local school districts. I have cooked for the community, school celebration events, and athletic programs. My goal is to continue to support and give 10% of the company profit back to local schools for culinary purposes and athletic programs.
