Sonoma Body Balance offers posture & yoga classes to reduce back and joint pain and improve posture. ONLINE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE VIA ZOOM!
Yoga for a Healthy Back classes are offered weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Yoga for Osteoporosis on some Saturdays.
Classes in the Balance posture method (aka "Spinefulness") are available to teach you how to sit, stand, bend, walk, sleep and drive in comfort, and to help you stay straight and active as you get older.
