Bring your lunch. Advise the public on how to safely navigate the intertidal zone and model respect for fragile intertidal resources. Docents introduce school children, adult groups, and beachgoers to the amazing life found in the intertidal zone. Peak low-tide months are April-June. This training includes a classroom session followed by a field session at low tide.
