Join us for a delicious and educational afternoon with Belcampo Meat Co. CEO and Co-Founder Anya Fernald. The event will feature five products from Belcampo’s charcuterie line (including yet-to-be-released whole muscle cuts) paired with Italian wines.
Anya will give a background on Belcampo’s charcuterie program, discuss various types of charcuterie (whole muscle vs. ground vs. emulsified), and lead a tasting of the following: Finocchiona with Lambrusco Rose Prosecco Lardo with Greco di Tufo Nduja with Nero d’Avola Coppa with Lambrusco Culatello with Nebbiolo
