GET A FREE CARD: Pick up a free GO LOCAL Rewards Card with purchase at one of these GO LOCAL Reward Merchants, or contact us and we'll drop one in the mail to you.

USE YOUR LOCAL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD FOR REWARDS: If you already have a debit or credit card with Community First Credit UnionNorth Bay Credit Union, or Exchange Bank, you can get a sticker at a branch to add to your card, to use it as a GO LOCAL Rewards Card - for one less card in your wallet!

Q: Is it FREE to get a Rewards Card?

Rewards Cards are free for anyone who wants one, and you can start using it immediately! You can pick up a card at select GO LOCAL merchants, or email us with your address and we’ll mail you one. Or, use what you have! If you have an Exchange Bank, CFCU, or North Bay Credit Union debit or credit card, use it to redeem rewards (see above).

Q: Wait, not all GO LOCAL businesses offer Rewards?

When you see the GO LOCAL logo in the window of your favorite shop, it means that they’re certified locally owned, and when you shop with them you support the local economy.

But not every GO LOCAL business offers Rewards! For a list of all places you can use your Rewards Card, visit golocal.coop/rewards, or look for businesses with the Rewards logo in your GO LOCAL Pocket Guide. If you think a GO LOCAL business should offer rewards, talk to the store owner and let them know! 

Q: Do all businesses offer the same discount?  

Each business has offerings that are unique, so we allow each merchant to choose the Reward that most suits their business. Therefore each Reward offer is unique - just like the businesses where you shop.

Q: What about my privacy?

Privacy is important to us local folks. Your email will only be used by GO LOCAL. Your information will not be distributed or sold to any third parties. You'll receive a weekly email spotlighting three Rewards offers, and a monthly e-news about GO LOCAL. You have the option to opt out of both at any time.

Q: My email or last name has changed - how do I update?
